Return Policy

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a partial refund, and the deposit for booking the product will not be refundable. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount of credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Damaged product
The product is easily broken during transportation. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us and we will send you a replacement part. In order to obtain replacement parts, be sure to take a video at the time of unpacking as proof.

Delayed or lost refund
If you have not received your refund, please double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund can be issued. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please go to
